The monthly surcharge will be fixed by
the monthy NYMEX closing
price for the forward month. The forward month closing price
is settled
on the third last business day of the prior month.
For example:
Nov '05 closing price will be settled
on Oct 27th 2005
Dec '05 closing price will be settled
on Nov 28th 2005
The surcharge will be $3.00 per short ton for
every $1.00 per
MMBTU in excess of $5.00 per MMBTU.
EXAMPLE: If natural gas settle price is
$9.87 the surcharge will
be $12.00 per short ton.
